I genuinely love my job and feel proud to work for this company. The management team has been absolutely amazing I honestly can’t fault them. My manager has gone above and beyond to support me in my role, help me develop, and make me feel valued and confident at work. The environment is supportive, positive, and well organised, and I feel listened to and respected. There are good opportunities to learn, grow, and build a long term career here. The company truly cares about both staff and service users, which makes the work meaningful and rewarding.
Cons
Honestly, I don’t have any major negatives. Like any workplace, there can be busy or challenging days, but the support from management makes a big difference and helps keep things manageable.
