      Very poor treatment of employees - Home Carer Cera Employee Review

      Pros

      Most of the carers work hard and are good at their job .

      Cons

      The office staff use bullying tactics, if you dare refuse a shift they will cut your hours to bare minimum, They don't care , you can go from 30hrs to 3 just because they feel like ,they will tell you you have a full time contract, then say no you are on a zero hour contract.

      Pros

      Great to work for an employer that has such a positive community impact and seeing the innovative developments Cera is implementing for a sector as important as Social Care. Fast-paced and interesting projects and challenges to work on, no day is the same.

      Cons

      Changing priorities and U-turning on decisions can make work frustrating day to day.
