Pros

I don’t take work home with me, very flexible. Great growth within for sales professional roles like B2B, Coaching, mentoring and management. Pay is frankly based off the effort you are willing to put in and the process you follow. I’ve been compensated greatly and there are many avenues to receive commission. Aside from that I’ve been able to meet a ton of really great people from across the market and build strong relationships.

Cons

Personally I am not a morning person and I find our inventory system to be hectic at times.
