    Pros

    - uncapped commissions. It is what is sounds like, you have the ability to control how much you make. It takes hard work, but you are shown where to put in effort so you can be successful.
    -great leadership team. Illinois is full of amazing leaders who work more than they should to ensure the success of others
    -flexible scheduling. If you're an employee that's not late, you'll get to pick your schedule how you like it
    -team environment is awesome!!

    -When you start getting lazy, your paycheck will show it.
