Pros

-Good pay relative to other companies in the industry -Freedom to do outside/business sales -Independence -Somewhat steady as commission sales go -Exciting new technology

Cons

-Employed as a "contractor" with no benefits -As a contractor, we pay for any phones or accessories lost or stolen -Commission sales with no base pay = no guarantee of a decent paycheck -Lots of customer service, for which we do not get paid -Long shifts (10-12 hours) are very common -Lots of pressure to sell new lines of service - no account made for upgrades
