Pros
To find a pro is like searching for a needle in a hay stack. Assuming you buy into the recruitment lie tactics (like I did) you'll believe this place is good career move. You get to put on a suit and tie to make you feel important.
Cons
In the NYC - Metro area they were a "New" to the wireless scene. Lies are told from the onset of recruitment. Compensation model is a total farce. No work - life balance. All the incentives are over promised and under delivered. 99.9% of employees are miserable and misery loves company so you'll get sucked into the despair. Just a total toxic environment spearheaded by RD's and forced down to "Team Leads". They hurt consumers point blank period.
