unlimited salary- work as much or as little as you want. you can set appts and work from home virtually. this is a true entreprenure position. i love it

constant change- there is nothing that i dont like

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
