Pros

Flexible schedule for the most post, good work life balance, and low stress atmosphere. Very little micromanaging. You can make a lot of money at this job if you work hard for it.

Cons

Pay is inconsistent, and it's 100% commission. It's practically a job in and of itself just making sure that you are getting paid correctly.

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
