      Rewards an entrepreneurs work ethic! No boundaries, fun atmosphere, team based selling.

      Cons

      In my opinion there are no real cons. Maybe some unsuccessful people are not replaced quick enough and given way to many chances.

      Pros

      Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

      Cons

      Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
