Pros

micromanaged positive people and they hire the best sales rep (they just cant keep them unless they are doing unethical things)

Cons

9 to 12 hr days usually 6 days a week short staff never know what your paycheck is going to be because of deactivation marked up prices on phones reps add things to the account to make more many screwing the customer over stressful

Pros

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Cons

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
