Pros
Great people to work with, you make your own pay check and have the ability to make 70-80k a year. You get to experience people from all aspects of life.
Cons
terrible hours and drives to work, no customers means you basically sit there for free all day. Getting Paid once a month is awful. There's a lot of talk about being a team but no very much actual team work going on.
