the independence to make most decisions in your sale incentives, contests coworker allegiance great sales experience given a lot of training decent retail atmosphere commission sharing structure

Cons

cant contact bosses for help no time for personal life no say in schedule, locations used for sales not given all earned commissions not respected unless you on top of leaderboard only paid once monthly paid two months after you make the sale crazy quotas constantly changing rules
