Pros

Pay (only really in the beginning), ability to make more money if extremely driven or unethical, some great people, team events.

Cons

No job security, poorly managed, unethical practices, no room for career growth, no work life balance, never know what you are going to make because of deductions from pay and pay structure constantly changing, cult like atmosphere, pointless meetings, disorganized.
