Pros
There are a lot of negative reviews about the company and the owners. I do agree with some but most are not true. In fact, I have worked at other companies as well after leaving Cedaron and in my experience there is no company which doesn't have any negative reviews. As an employee, one has to make the best use of the opportunity to grow organically and make it into a symbiotic opportunity for both the company and the individual. I genuinely feel the owners are nice good hearted people who want better lives for themselves and their employees. Their way of expression may not always be right and should be ignored as we sometimes ignore negative feedback from our parents. After all, they are family and treat everyone like that & any misunderstandings should be cleared. Here is what I can think of going back into time. - Decent salary and benefits (salary always on time) - Opportunity to learn about IT healthcare - Work in different areas: Development/QA/Implementation/Support - Located in a nice well connected city with clean environment and awesome kitchen - Can grow quickly if you prove worthy of it
