      Pros

      I love working here. It is innovative, high energy, diverse and a start-up environment. Learning, experimentation, creativity and openness is encouraged. The hiring process is a little tough but that's how they make sure there is a fit between your personality and the company culture. I work closely with senior management and they are very approachable. People here are supportive and the environment is such that learning is not only encouraged but new opportunities are also provided.

      Cons

      Glass Half Full - you'll like the young culture, company happy hours. None that I can think of at the moment.

      Pros

      Catsy is a great company! Been working here for a few months and I can only say great things so far. All coworkers have been welcoming and it's really a fun and laid back environment. The atmosphere is extremely open and collaborative and the managers are very approachable. Working at Catsy, you get to learn a ton of new stuff. I really like the open-desk policy, so everyone is ready to help and give feedback on your work.

      Cons

      Growth means a lot of processes are not in place. But that is also fun part of joining a young and growing company.
