Pros
Catsy is a great company! Been working here for a few months and I can only say great things so far. All coworkers have been welcoming and it's really a fun and laid back environment. The atmosphere is extremely open and collaborative and the managers are very approachable. Working at Catsy, you get to learn a ton of new stuff. I really like the open-desk policy, so everyone is ready to help and give feedback on your work.
Cons
Growth means a lot of processes are not in place. But that is also fun part of joining a young and growing company.
