Pros
I made some of my closest friends. Easy to move around to different departments or facilities. Union job. Promote higher education and employment growth.
Cons
Made you jump through hoops for little things like tuition reimbursement (did not make it user friendly and had so many unnecessary steps). The lady in the tuition reimbursement office was very passive aggressive and condescending in her emails and did not help me navigate the process. Also, management does the most backwards things, it always about making the higher ups happy and not worrying about our actual patients.
