Oriented me to the unit, explained the next steps( on boarding, drug test, referrals etc) overall a pleasant experience, the unit manager seemed very busy but still took time out of her day to introduce me to the floor and get to know me a bit during the interview. She called my recruiter and offered me a position before I left her office

The manager called me for an interview. When I came in for the interview it was basically her trying to talk me out of the job. And then she tore my Resume apart. Like you had my resume prior to this, if you didn’t like it why did you call me for the job? I immediately withdrew my application after leaving
