Pros

• Everyone is fairly rewarded based on their input & contribution • A lot of learning and growth opportunities, • High ownership & trust culture. Everyone operates independently to deliver the best possible results • Plenty of flexible work arrangement opportunities depending on your role and amount of trust you command • Open office culture — easy access to anyone even the C-level execs • Great location, a stone's throw away from KL Sentral • Fast paced, perfect for those in their early stages of their career (< 5 years) and eager to learn

Cons

• As with every startup, directions or project priority can sometime change abruptly. However, most of the time it is out of our hands ie third party decision

Pros

None as I can see

Cons

Do not join their Indian office unless you want to regret afterwards. They have worst working environment I have ever seen in any company. There are multiple teams working under the same company but there is barely any communication between the teams. They provide outdated and low quality hardware for the sake of 'cost cutting'. The office space is suffocating. It affects productivity. Management team in Malaysia doesn't really care about employee issues. Not even simple things like medical insurance are provided. Salaries are sometimes not on time. Disappointing appraisals. Overall, joining this company was one of my big mistakes. There are better startups out there. Joining this one doesn't make any sense.

Hi, thanks for alerting us to this. Sometimes salary might be late 1-2 days due to delays during remittance from our HQ in Malaysia to our payroll service provider in India and possibly delays following from their remittance to individual employees bank accounts. We'll definitely look into this and follow up with our payroll service provider ensure the salaries are paid before the end of the month. Regarding the issue on laptops, we try to ensure all our staff are ably equipped for their roles, but sometimes there are some staff who may need to use older laptops while others may have newer ones, it is sometimes the luck of the draw when joining any organisation. We regularly review all hardware in use for upgrades and retirement, although employees may not always agree with our Tech Head during the hardware assessment. Our appraisals are usually conducted in a fair and equitable manner and often done together with input from our clients. We hope all employees view their appraisals whether positive or with areas of improvement as opportunities to reflect upon their contributions and grow going forwards, whether with us, or with any future organisation they move on to.
