      Pros

      Talented folks to work with and learn from. Supportive founders and management. Freedom to pick the kind of work and tech stack. Chill work culture.

      Cons

      Covid-19 brought a lot of challenges and proved a difficult year of the business. Old talented folks left and were not replaced with good ones. No long time vision and projects as of now due to Covid-19 travel restrictions.
