One area for improvement is the flexibility for new employees regarding remote work hours.

Overall, a solid company to work for. The company had ERG (Employee Resource Groups) that allowed us to spend some of our working hours every month honoring our interests, like celebrating various cultures and people groups. People were friendly.

Sometimes, the work felt tedious, and some required corporate meetings that were mandatory felt very unnecessary.
