      Overall great management, work culture is great, the salary is fair and good discounts on company products. Work/life balance is important at this company.

      Cons

      Internal processes and work tools need to be improved for day-to-day tasks. And IT issues need to be fixed in a more timely manner.

      Pros

      The people on the People team are amazing. The work life balance was fabulous and there was a great culture of trusting that people will get their work done

      Cons

      The new management is very old school. Removing benefits made it hard to stay when you are the one communicating those benefits to employees.
