      Pros

      Work/life balance is okay. However I have been with the company 5 years and they don't appreciate employees that work hard. no commission, however bonuses if the store does well collectively. So you can work HARD but if no one else is doing the same, no bonus, not worth it and no rewarding

      The WTC office is nice

      Cons

      Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
