      If you are one to need 100% structure in your day-to-day then this position can be a difficult adjustment from what you are used to. Having an entrepreneurial mindset is the key to success because the retail teams really own their own business.

      Pros

      The people on the People team are amazing. The work life balance was fabulous and there was a great culture of trusting that people will get their work done

      Cons

      The new management is very old school. Removing benefits made it hard to stay when you are the one communicating those benefits to employees.
