Pros

Benefits are literally free, and they're not bad either.

Cons

You can't expect salespeople to perform on the level of commissioned sales staff without a reward. You're paying your salespeople a measly $13 an hour, when others in the industry who do literally the same thing elsewhere earn upwards of $100k a year. And to those salespeople who earn $13 an hour, what incentive do they have to become better at sales? A measly store bonus if the whole store hits a goal? There is no accountability here.

Pros

The WTC office is nice

Cons

Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead. Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
