Pros
The company cares about its employees. They have so many free programs that help out not only your business needs but also your personal ones. There is also a lot of room for advancement as they like to promote from within. I was with the them for 8 months before I was promoted.
Cons
Sometimes the customers get angry and yell but this doesn't happen very often as they treat their customers with respect.
