Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied online. I interviewed at Cashco Financial in Apr 2020
It was okay, i felt like some of the question is not job related, and very by the book but overall it was okay and not difficult and basic simple

Anonymous Employee in Edmonton, AB
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cashco Financial (Edmonton, AB)
I was called for the interview. Interviewer loved talking. 45 minutes interview , more talking less listening and nothing experience related. Definitely inexperienced lady. She surprised me when she asked one question that she was not supposed to ask. " how many children?"
- Company has just recently expanded and their department is growing. Do I accept this very low pay rate ?

Anonymous Employee in Wetaskiwin, AB
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cashco Financial (Wetaskiwin, AB) in Mar 2015
It was easier than I thought not so nerve wrecking, The regional manager that interviewed me was awesome and intelligent, the questions were knowledgeable and fit for the position I applied for. It was over the computer but still felt like it was face to face. The process but good and the questions weren't out of the ordinary. Talked a lot about what I could bring to the company and past experiences in other companies.
- Past experiences with angry clients that couldn't pay
