Good culture but shady practices - Anonymous employee Cashco Financial Employee Review

The culture was great and I've enjoyed working with everyone across different departments but when the company is tanking, the company would rather sacrifice all of their good employees to somehow save the company while also engaging in shady business and employment practices that are borderline illegal just to save the business.
