Pros

I'm a junior engineer when joining the firm, but after my first project, my contribution was recognized, and I was assigned to multiple major projects and have the freedom to make decisions, and opportunities to learn. Thus I grown a lot to become a senior engineer. I really appreciate the support and trust from my managers.

Cons

The workload is heavy comparing to other firms.

Pros

- Good quality projects for consultants to work on

Cons

- Business is not and never consistent because there is always .. - Massive turnover across the company but especially in their only sales organization (usually 2 employees) with 1 sales executives carrying the bag for most of the year - Caserta is regularly hiring and firing which is why after years of “explosive growth”, they only have 30 employees on average. They claim to have hundreds of employees which is a lie. - There is zero thoughtfulness in the orgs approach to hiring and selecting candidates. Think selecting candidates with the basis of gender and age playing an influence. - Strong gender inequality and is apparent across the org. - Beside gender being an issue, diversity is non-existent especially when it comes to race. There are zero females of color in the company and especially at the leadership level. - I’ve been told several times myself not to speak up in meetings by my manager at the time - Yearly turnover in the recruiting department.. - HR leader turnover every 6-12 months. Current HR person started in 2021 after the last one quit in 2020 after only 4 months working at Caserta - Rumors of unpaid commissions - Employees were required to take pay cuts while they continued hiring new employees at or above market price from 2020-2021
