Great that you can make your own hours to fit your daily lifestyle

Cons

The communication between employees and management is not that greatest the moment you speak up an express concern they start to ignore you and the training process is not the greatest either because they throw a video at you and expect you to have it all down pack based off of one video and lastly if you are not best friends with upper management they will not help you grow and expand in the company

I must commend the company's leadership for fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and innovation. From day one, I have felt valued and empowered to contribute my ideas and expertise to the team. The open-door policy and transparent communication has made me feel heard and supported in all my endeavors.

I believe there may be opportunities to enhance our employee benefits programs and support initiatives to better promote work-life balance.
