Pros
There is no as such pros with this company , for every small thing you will get and email to be put on PIP . Managers , seniors doesn’t know anything about the process but expect a lot from resources . I would recommend never to join this place as this is just an entry level job with no career development., nothing to learn , this is going to impact your career and the very most important thing , if you will join you will never get a chance to resign , management will terminate for Xyz reason.
Cons
No pros , this company only has a list of consequences. Seniors and team members are not at all good , US people are good but when it comes to India office , there is no co-operation, rubbish talks will happen at your back . A very bad culture with no mental peace , no work life balance and a lot of stress .Never join this place , if joining stay away from seniors and team members .
