      Bonus was good during Covid time

      No ethics or policies actually work in the company, after working for a professional firm like EY, had to suffer with politics in this company. Manager doesn't know English, takes a months leave without applying leave, shows bucketing on face.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
