Perpetually understaffed - Chemist Cargill Employee Review

They haven’t staffed us propriety in literally years. They keep not backfilling positions, put the workload on others and don’t even compensate the person now doing two jobs. No repercussions for bad behavior/lack of working during shift because they can’t fire anyone from their already bare-bones crews. They are no longer competitive with wages in my Blair area.
