      Good community partner. they do excellent work for charity

      Cons

      Bad management. Too top heavy and they have poor communication internally. EVERYTHING is need to know and they never think you need to know

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
