      There are several different areas to work in,with multiple positions in each.The benefits are good, especially for families.Plant safety is a high concern.

      Cons

      The facility is under union contract,and many of the workers have more than 20 years of seniority, so promotion is difficult.Management is very insensitive to employees personal needs.
