Pros

Broad opportunities if willing to move a lot. Stable company.

Cons

Protected groups receive preference on promotions. Pay is based on manipulated job titles. Use of the job title coordinator in place of manager or comparable title used to minimize pay on comparative basis. Multi state multi plant responibility still called a "coordinator".

Pros

Management is very professional, They are responsive to complaints and do not micromanage. Allow you to grow and take care of things you need to without much oversight. Fellow Employees are helpful with training and covering shifts when needed. Overall everyone seems to care about the work and each other. When things are running well, the job itself is not too stressful.

Cons

Can be on night shift Starting out until there are openings on Day shift. Dusty environment, dangerous work with highly combustible Liquids. When equipment has issues, it can be very taxing.
