Pros

The benefits and health insurance are decent

Cons

I worked there for almost 2 years as 3rd shift sanitation, the job itself isn’t to bad and the benefits are good, if you can survive the unorganized, unprofessional, and all around terrible management team then it’s an ok job, the management is unable to live up to the tasks of there job and are absolutely unwilling to admit there mistakes even if that mistake costs someone there job. They do not care about there employees and will over work them. Most are very disrespectful and there is no teamwork what so ever. I would avoid the headache and not apply at the Monticello location. There’s a reason why there is a 70% turn over rate and it’s not the job it’s the management, supervisors and line operators. Don’t waste your time

Pros

Pay is good, especially on holidays! you get days off during the week and you work every other weekend

Cons

The schedule is hard, 12 hour days for 1 month then 12 hour nights then switch back. the environment is tough, the work load is heavy. not always the support you need to help you. favoritism, Management can be difficult, sink or swim type of culture, The testing is nearly impossible to get through. In the end you can do a great job in learning the job, if they don't want you, you will be replaced!
