Pros
Pay and benefits on par or slightly below other large companies.
Cons
Outsourcing of HR, IT, and financing department might save shareholders a few dollars but makes trying to perform job difficult and disengaging. Very silo'd between company businesses, even despite push to standardize. Applied and interviewed for an internal position and had to reach out to recruiter after not hearing anything back for over a month after onsite interview. Very unprofessional manner to treat internal candidate and can't imagine how outside talent is handled.
