Pros
A great company with a high levl of integrity in how they do buisness. If you can think of a job you would love to do i business the opportunities are there in Cargill. The international culture gives you a chance to interface with persons from across the globe to down the street. The opportunity to work a broad is also very appealing.
Cons
Cargill is such a large corporation that you can get lost and it can be a hard place to navigate. They are not on the leading edge of people managment be it recruiting, training, developing or work life balance. However they recognise that and contiune to purse the taask of getting better. Just recently they allowed access to social network cites that were previously blocked.
