Pros
I spent 37 years at Cargill and have great things to say about this company. The salary, benefits, 401k were comparable to the marketplace. I had the opportunity to live in places from Louisville, KY to Modesto, CA to San Antonio, TX. Unfortunately, in the latest company transition, my position was eliminated and the work moved overseas. Otherwise, my plan was to retire with Cargill.
Cons
With a combination of transitions being done simultaneously (Financial, HR, IT, etc.) and many strong employees leaving the company due to these transitions, there was confusion concerning the optimal path to accomplish daily duties.
