Pros
Long established company. Diversification enables opportunities. The ability to ride out down markets while other parts of Cargill are prospering. Salary and bonus is competitive.
Cons
Questionable leadership decisions both in Minneapolis and Wichita has damaged moral of work force. Outsourcing jobs will have long term ramifications. The feeling of job security is gone.
