      Pros

      Excellent reception, great support, do not feel intimidated. Cargill has a great support system, ask and you shall receive. Great for a new employee.

      Cons

      Archaic computer system and limited "talking" between systems. Lots of middle management, I have at least 4 bosses a just at my location.

      Easy tasks now shoulder peaking or hand holding

      Cons

      Hot and cold environment, union means you get paid the same as the guy that can’t get fired and does almost nothing
