Some of the changes that are happening are affecting the employees in a negative way. Outsourcing many functions overseas and are losing the extra touch needed to take care of the employees. The drive for change for the sake of change has overshadowed the experienced insight into the businesses we participate in resulting in revisiting poor ideas that have already been discounted in the recent past. Company resources are being used on the wrong efforts resulting in poor performance and upset customers in certain areas.
