      Pros

      Mission driven Compassionate nurses Volunteers and clients are amazing

      Cons

      It’s all about optics of leadership- they change titles and offices like most people change underwear. The CEO is non existent- he does not engage with staff at all he hides behind his “SLT” club. No flexibility in scheduling, overworked staff and two faced leadership full of broken promises. The board is kept in the dark about what really goes on
