Pros
Large UK presence, diverse opportunities, satisfactory salary (assuming you have at least 4 years good experience) and relaxed work culture.
Cons
Too many cowboys who think they know it. Not sure whether this is due to the company's growth strategy throgh mergers and acquisitions (rather than through organic growth). But definitely there is a mix of super great guys and super not-so-great guys. Unfortunately, I experienced working with the latter more often than wished.
