Supportive manager Good work life balance. Lots of flexibility and support Good amount of career opportunities Interesting company to work for Good team culture and a very friendly group of people
Cons
Benefits and salary are not as good as competitors Varying management approach - your experience of the company will very much depend on who manages you and quite frequently management do not live the company cultures and it becomes a face fitting exercise Facilities - unhygienic, often broken and unpleasant. Needs major revamp Parking - not much parking unless you are a senior manager despite plenty of free spaces that have not been rented by the company
