Pros
Part of a large company with all the attached benefits - good culture and good systems for staff management in place. Good pension schemem on offer along with life assurance, cycle to works scheme child care vouchers. Opportunity to buy extra holidays which is a good benefit to have.
Cons
Not a lot of progression as a small office (although opportunities within the wider Capita group). Starting off on 23 days holidays is a con but it does increase to 25 days after 2 years then to 27 days after 5 years, Difficult at ttimes to get sign off for new staff as too much red tape to cut through.
