IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!
-Poor Communication
-Poor wages, promised pay increases for several years and didn't deliver and blamed it this time on the Pandemic.
-Had to buy own laptop for working from home
-No allowances from working from home
-Lots of hawk watching and intimidating actions, even while working from home.
-Poor regard for mental health of employees. My friend went through a difficult time and had to leave and when they did, despite saying they were suffering mentally, the company ignored the plea for help and offered an online councillor as a solution, which would have commanded a fee which Capita wouldn't be covering.
-Forceful and demand you take on extra jobs, without your agreement and without any pay increase.
-Promote Wellbeing, but don't care about Employee's personal life, circumstances or mental Wellbeing.
-Blame you on Working-From-Home issues and expect you to fix them yourself, even if you cannot as it may be beyond your control. They then force you to make up the time, despite you being available for work. Even if it is system issues that you cannot repair.
-Force you to take 50% of Holidays before June, even if you don't want to or lose them as a result.
-Don't reward hard work.
-Gave us NOTHING at Christmas for the last few years. It was our own bosses who gave us a Christmas gift, out of their own pockets. Friends have been given €500 for an Amazon Voucher and a Hamper. Capita have their employees NOTHING for Christmas.
-Ignorant, disrespectful towards employees
