Pros
Absolutely NONE, the pros were taken away as soon as we were bought out by Capita, the only pro is a company car, which they are slowly taking away from people..
Cons
People leaving in their droves, all good engineers leaving only guys who are too old or are new in are staying. No one accountable for anything, no HR, no support, just worried about money and nothing else. It was a great engineering company I worked for before it was bought by Capita. Morale very low.
