      Working for Capita helps you realise that cleaning toilets in a nightclub is not such a bad job after all.

      Cons

      You are on standby, waiting for capita to give you a job for that pays a pittance. You are treated like a machine (a money making one) No benefits, no rights, no prospects... the pits.
